WHO AM I?

G'day! I am Sally Bernard, a Tasmanian born Aussie who grew up mostly in Melbourne, Australia and now living in Las Vegas USA for the last twenty four years. I have two main purposes in life:

​

- firstly, to raise my wonderful daughter Jackie, who I am incredibly proud to say is finishing her freshman year in college at UNLV, she's a certified Life Guard, a full-time Nanny and is embarking on her young adult life in pursuit of her life purpose in the medical field; &

​

- secondly, to fulfill my extreme passion for exploring, learning, creating and merging cutting edge technologies with innovative people, to ultimately make the world a better place.

My company Sales Logic is a high caliber business development consulting firm established in 2017, providing exceptional professional services and strategic advisory programs mostly within the ever changing landscape of the gaming industry sector. 

 

After three decades of a gaming & technology sales career, my expertise and expansive network is paramount in bringing new products to market with the goal of growing revenues for my clients and for their customers.

I DEFINE SUCCESS by achieving the highest level of client satisfaction, growing revenues particularly with repeat customer purchases and optimizing client company valuation. HOW MUCH ~ FEE's & HOW TO GET STARTED

The Sales Logic professional services retainer fees may vary based on the extent of services required, resource availability and duration commitment. The Strategic Advisor Program: This encompasses, but not limited to expert evaluations and strategic recommendations for best chances of success for: new concepts, products, services, operations, marketing, sales and executive reporting.

Fee: Retainer starts at USD$250 per hour, for a minimum 20 hours per month, invoiced upon Agreement execution, then monthly on anniversary of effective date, always paid upfront for the following month. 

 

The Business Development Program: This encompasses relationship building through key introductions and product sales activities, that form mutually valuable ongoing business relationships for my clients

Fee: Retainer starts at USD$10,000 per month, invoiced upon Agreement execution, then monthly on anniversary of effective date, always paid upfront for the following month.

The Sales Commission Fee (in addition to the above): Successful transactions that stem from Sales Logic activities earn a 10% commission fee of total customer invoice (pre-tax), to be invoiced upon Client's Customer Agreement/Sales Order execution and paid within 10-days of receiving the clients' customer payment.

 

Expense Reimbursement arrangements also to be reviewed / agreed in advance for any applicable travel, events and client / customer meetings, billed monthly with Program fees, and can be determined during the Discovery Call.

Board Member Services are also offered from time to time - appropriate compensation to be discussed and agreed upon prior to any activity and/or public announcement.

HOW DID I GET HERE?

BEFORE SALES LOGIC - My journey began in the early 90's in automotive off-road 4WD accessories retail sales and management at ARB Rockhampton, before discovering the magic of the gaming world by joining Crown Casino in Melbourne in 1996. My early management skillsets and thirst for knowledge translated well into casino operations and technology implementations, which then catapulted me to Las Vegas and a life changing opportunity to work with and learn from gaming industry giants.

 

Landing in the USA Jan 2001, my gaming technology sales career began with Compudigm Int. as Product Director performing hundreds of C-level presentations for "seePOWER", a business intelligence solution using data visualization, CRM and AI analytics technology, which received a Smithsonian Laureate Award; then in 2003 I joined International Game Technology (IGT) and in 2010 joined Konami Gaming selling slot machines and systems, then in 2015 explored the financial technology sales and services with DiTRONICS.

 

I have been very fortunate to do business with hundreds of casino operators including corporate giants such as MGM Resorts, Caesars|Eldorado, Wynn|Encore, Venetian|Palazzo, Penn Entertainment, Golden Entertainment, Boyd Gaming, Affinity Gaming, Station Casinos, plus many valued Native American gaming operators and tribal nation economic development organizations. 

​

The financial success from selling products that produce revenues in the billions for clients is obvious, but having a 30 year history of helping others succeed in their businesses has naturally cultivated thousands of trusted business connections and friendships that are invaluable to me and continue to allow me to explore new and ongoing business development opportunities.
